We regularly run groups for relaxation and weight loss – if you are stressed or want to lose weight, contact us to find out details of our current group workshops.
Group workshops are a maximum of 10 people (minimum of 5 people) per group.

- 10 week course covering why and how we overeat and how to change our relationship with food.
Self Awareness / Relaxation
- 6 week course covering why and how we get stressed, understanding how we are, relaxation using NLP hypnosis and learning self hypnosis.
