We all can feel a bit anxious at times, and this is perfectly healthy and normal. Tip to help cope with Anxiety:
Next time you are feeling anxious or worrying take a deep breath and concentrate on where you are feeling it in your body. Don’t analyse it just notice where it is and close your eyes and start spinning the feeling outwards making it bigger and bigger. You may find it helpful to move your finger in a circular motion in the air. Then stop it and start spinning it the other way, make it faster and faster, bigger and bigger. Now open your eyes and notice how it has changed and if it has not gone do it again. You may find it helpful to use this technique three or four times.
